Project Coordinators – Office-based Position

Job Description: Lead the day-to-day construction activities of all vertical products constructed within one or more partner communities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinating activities of construction staff and subcontractors and material deliveries; conducting field instruction and training for in-house crews and subcontractors as needed; collaborating with project team (construction manager, project manager/coordinator, sales manager) to achieve project objectives; conducting in-house safety and quality inspections and overseeing all building department and bank inspections; providing daily production reports on each assigned project to project manager; communicating with customers when onsite and conducting customer walkthroughs; interfacing with developer and developer’s staff; ensuring that jobsites are always clean (broom swept), free of waste and debris, and presentable to customers; representing company to prospective customers and other key contacts; overseeing and administering performance based incentive pay plan for in-house crews; assisting with change order estimating and presentation to customers: recruiting quality in-house crews and subcontractors: bringing projects in on time and on budget while meeting highest quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.

Experienced Carpenters and Crew Leaders Needed

Mountain Home Solutions has immediate openings for experienced framing and finish carpenters and crew leaders. Candidates must have strong carpentry skills, high attention to detail and quality, and strong work ethic and attitude. Log and timber frame experience a plus. Crew leaders must possess strong leadership, customer communication skills, and professional presence. Tools, valid driver’s license, reliable and insured transportation are also required. Excellent compensation package including competitive base pay and lucrative performance based incentives. Crew leaders will be eligible for vehicle allowance, profit sharing, and healthcare coverage.
