Mountain Home Solutions improved its Dream Homes Made Easy service today with the introduction of a unique variation of traditional home building contracts called the Client Alignment Program (CAP). CAP is designed to reduce the risk, stress, and cost of new home building by aligning client and builder interests.
Unlike traditional home building contracts, CAP is a combination of the best features of fixed and cost plus agreements. The security and predictability of fixed builder fees and a set completion date with the flexibility and cost-saving potential of pass-through costs. But unlike tradition contracts, CAP aligns buyer and builder priorities around cost, time, and quality.
